We are looking for a dynamic CRM Sales Executive to join our Odoo based solutions team. The ideal candidate should have experience in selling CRM/ERP products, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage the end to end sales cycle. Prior experience selling Odoo CRM or Odoo ERP modules will be a strong advantage.
- Identify and qualify new leads for Odoo CRM and ERP products.
- Conduct product presentations and Odoo CRM demos for potential clients.
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable Odoo modules.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closure.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Collaborate with the functional and technical Odoo teams for solution mapping and project handover.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and activities in CRM tools.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Preferred Skills
- 2-5 years of experience in IT sales, preferably CRM/ERP solution selling.
- Strong knowledge of CRM concepts and customer lifecycle management.
- Experience selling Odoo CRM or similar ERP/CRM products.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle client meetings and demos confidently.
- Strong understanding of business workflows in sales, marketing, and customer service.
- Experience with Odoo products (CRM, Sales, Inventory, Accounting, etc.).
- Familiarity with SaaS or subscription-based software sales.
- Ability to prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial documents.
- Knowledge of using CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or Odoo CRM.
