CRM Sales Executive

Thiruvananthapuram, India

We are looking for a dynamic CRM Sales Executive to join our Odoo based solutions team. The ideal candidate should have experience in selling CRM/ERP products, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage the end to end sales cycle. Prior experience selling Odoo CRM or Odoo ERP modules will be a strong advantage.

  • Identify and qualify new leads for Odoo CRM and ERP products.
  • Conduct product presentations and Odoo CRM demos for potential clients.
  • Understand customer requirements and propose suitable Odoo modules.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closure.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the functional and technical Odoo teams for solution mapping and project handover.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and activities in CRM tools.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Preferred Skills

  • 2-5 years of experience in IT sales, preferably CRM/ERP solution selling.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM concepts and customer lifecycle management.
  • Experience selling Odoo CRM or similar ERP/CRM products.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle client meetings and demos confidently.
  • Strong understanding of business workflows in sales, marketing, and customer service.
  • Experience with Odoo products (CRM, Sales, Inventory, Accounting, etc.).
  • Familiarity with SaaS or subscription-based software sales.
  • Ability to prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial documents.
  • Knowledge of using CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or Odoo CRM.
