Business Analyst

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Analyst (BA) to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates or individuals with1-4years of experience who are eager to learn and grow in the field of Business Analysis. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a calm and pleasant nature, a willingness to travel if required, and the ability to handle various situations with patience and maturity. 

1. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their problem statements and requirements. 
2. Gather and document the requirements or get a Business Requirements Document (BRD) if the functionality is defined. 
3. Conduct a market study to understand how similar issues are handled by other competitor businesses and applications. 
4. Assist in Identifying and evaluating different solutions available in the market for the issue at hand. 
5. Engage with the business team to identify and finalize a feasible solution. 
6. Prepare technical documents for the requirement. 
7. Collaborate with the internal development team to discuss the documents and review the release timeline. 
8. Create a ticket in Project Management tool for tracking and assign it to the development team. 
9. Maintain communication with stakeholders, sharing regular progress updates and sample screens where applicable. 
10. Perform implementation-level testing once the development is completed and moved to the staging environment. 
11. Identify bugs, raise tickets, and work closely with testers to resolve issues. 
12. Perform bug testing and conduct overall implementation level testing for release-related features. 
13. Provide User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support to the BA from the stakeholder side. Provide APKs and credentials for testing. 
14. Collect feedback and suggestions from the stakeholders. Address critical feedback in the current sprint or prioritize based on developer leads. 
15. Post-release, perform implementation testing to ensure that the release meets expectations. 
16. Prepare and document release notes for the released functionality. 
17. Organize weekly meetings with BA stakeholders to discuss ongoing progress. 
18. Ensure that tickets raised are properly closed and resolved. 
19. Assist the BA in taking reports from the application or backend for order analysis, driver utilization, and violations.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in MCA, BTech, BCA, BSc CS, or related field. 
• 1-4 years of experience in business analysis, software development, or related roles. 
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment and handle multiple tasks. 
• Calm, patience, and a pleasant nature. 
• Willingness to travel when necessary. 
• Good understanding of software development life cycle . 
• Strong documentation skills and attention to detail. 
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
