IT Sales Executive

We are looking for an experienced IT Sales Executive with strong expertise in selling CRM, ERP, and enterprise software solutions. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of proven experience in IT product/service sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to manage the com

  • Identify and acquire new clients for CRM and ERP solutions.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, including lead generation, product demos, proposals, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Understand client business needs and recommend suitable CRM/ERP solutions.
  • Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and track key metrics through CRM tools.
  • Participate in marketing and promotional activities to increase product reach.

Preferred Skills

  • 3–5 years of experience in IT sales, preferably CRM/ERP product sales.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software solutions and business processes.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and closing deals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle client meetings, demos, and solution discussions independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
  • Experience in SaaS sales or solution selling.
  • Knowledge of IT services, integrations, and implementation processes.
  • Ability to prepare proposals, SOWs, and sales documents.
