Marketing & Sales Executive

We are looking for a proactive and target driven Marketing & Sales Executive with 1 to 3 years of experience. The candidate will be responsible for planning and executing marketing activities while driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online and offline).
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Support digital marketing activities such as social media and email campaigns.
• Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-ups.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Maintain CRM records and submit sales reports.

Preferred Skills:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in Marketing and Sales.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Good negotiation and closing ability.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
