- Identify and acquire new clients for CRM and ERP solutions.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, including lead generation, product demos, proposals, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Build strong relationships with customers and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Understand client business needs and recommend suitable CRM/ERP solutions.
- Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and track key metrics through CRM tools.
- Participate in marketing and promotional activities to increase product reach.
Preferred Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in IT sales, preferably CRM/ERP product sales.
- Strong understanding of enterprise software solutions and business processes.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and closing deals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle client meetings, demos, and solution discussions independently.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
- Experience in SaaS sales or solution selling.
