We are seeking a dynamic, results oriented IT Sales Manager to drive business growth by building a strong sales pipeline for ERP solutions, custom software development, and pre-built digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage a consistent sales pipeline for ERP and software solutions
• Identify new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and market outreach
• Engage with prospects to understand requirements and position suitable technology solutions
• Conduct product presentations, demos, and proposal discussions
• Coordinate with technical and implementation teams to ensure accurate solution mapping
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
• Maintain CRM updates, sales reports, and forecasting accuracy
• Build long-term client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction
Required Skills & Experience:
• 3+ years of experience in IT/software/ERP sales
• Strong understanding of ERP systems, custom software projects, or SaaS solutions
• Proven ability to generate leads and close B2B deals
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-driven, target-focused, and able to work independently
