Functional Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Odoo Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 2–5 years of hands on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Odoo ERP modules. You will work closely with clients to understand their business processes, map requirements, and deliver effective Odoo based solutions.

• Gather and analyze client requirements and translate them into Odoo solutions.
• Implement, configure, and customize Odoo modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, CRM, Projects, and others.
• Conduct gap analysis, prepare functional documents, and propose solutions.
• Perform user training, UAT support, and post-implementation support.
• Coordinate with technical teams for custom development and integrations.
• Test and validate system functionalities to ensure successful deployment.
• Provide ongoing functional support and troubleshoot functional issues.
• Prepare documentation including workflows, user manuals, and training materials.

Preferred Skills

• 2–5 years of experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant.
• Strong understanding of Odoo frameworks, modules, workflows, and business processes.
• Experience in end-to-end Odoo implementations.
• Ability to gather functional requirements and map them to system features.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in Odoo v14/v15/v16 or later versions.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and domain expertise in ERP/CRM.
• Basic knowledge of SQL or Python is an added advantage.
• Experience in writing functional documentation and test cases.
